About Our Firm

Formed in 1999, Marcus & Hoffman, P.C. is a service oriented law firm currently representing over 200 Condominium and Homeowner Associations with respect to their legal matters throughout South Eastern Pennsylvania.  Our representation of Associations includes collections, transition from declarant control, contract negotiations, rules enforcement, drafting and amending Association documents, Association litigation and all other related association matters.

Although a substantial focus of our practice consists of Community Association representation, the remainder of our practice involves general real estate matters, land use and zoning matters, commercial litigation and construction litigation. Given the unique nature of Community Associations and the wide range of issues which they confront on a daily basis, our representation of clients in these related areas enhances our ability to provide practical, result oriented advice to our Association clients.

The members of our firm are extremely knowledgeable in the area of community association law in Pennsylvania. The two Senior Partners of our firm have appeared as lecturers at continuing legal education seminars on community association law in Pennsylvania and have conducted numerous property manager educational seminars.

The Marcus & Hoffman team recognizes that each Association is unique.  Our practice has been built on providing Boards and Managers with solutions to the day-to-day and long-term problems facing Community Associations.
