| Robert J. Hoffman is a graduate of Drexel
University with a degree in Business Administration. He attended
the Widener University School of Law, graduating with a Juris
Doctorate degree in 1993. He then served as law clerk to the
Honorable Anthony R. Semeraro, Court of Common Pleas, Delaware
County, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hoffman was an associate in the Philadelphia office of
Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin where he
litigated Medical Malpractice, Medical Products, Accounting
Malpractice and Premises Liability matters. He became a founding
member and shareholder in Marcus & Hoffman, P.C. in 1999
and currently focuses his practice in the areas of Community
Association Representation, Commercial Litigation, Construction
Litigation, Collections, General Litigation and Personal Injury.
Although based in Media, Delaware County, his practice frequently
takes him to Philadelphia, Montgomery and Chester Counties.
Mr. Hoffman is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
He is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association.

Adam G. Marcus, Esquire

| Adam G. Marcus is a graduate of Drexel University with
a degree in Business Administration. He attended the Villanova
University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate
degree in 1992. He was an associate in the real estate departments
of Kassab, Archbold & O'Brien and later Blank, Rome Comisky
& McCauley where he focused his practice in the areas
of Land Use Development, Zoning and Commercial Transactions.
He became a founding member and shareholder in Marcus &
Hoffman, P.C. in 1999 and currently practices in the areas
of Land Use/Development, Zoning, Real Estate Transactions,
Community Association Representation and Commercial/Construction
Litigation.
Mr. Marcus is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
He is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association.

Deborah A. Krull , Esquire

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Deborah A. Krull received
her Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University. She
received her Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University
School of Law in 1993. Prior to joining Marcus & Hoffman,
P.C., Ms. Krull was an associate with Daly & O’Brien where she
concentrated in litigation, employment law and labor relations,
representing both employees and employers. Ms. Krull was also
Staff Counsel for a major union in Philadelphia, where she
represented individuals in a wide range of employment related
disputes.
Ms. Krull is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the United
States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Ms. Krull serves as a
Board Member for the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum and the Media
Arts Council. She is a member of the Delaware County Bar
Association.

Keely A. Carr , Esquire

Keely A. Carr is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice.
She attended Villanova University School of Law, graduating with
a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1999. Following receipt of her law
degree, Ms. Carr began her legal career as an associate with the
firm of Robert C. Nathan & Associates, where she concentrated
her practice in all aspects of commercial and residential real
estate matters and business transactions.
Ms. Carr is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Kristina E. Rutsky is a graduate of Mercyhurst College, in Erie Pennsylvania with a degree in
Political Science. She attended the Widener University
School of Law, Delaware campus, graduating with a Juris
Doctorate degree in 2008. Ms. Rutsky became an Associate
of Marcus & Hoffman, P.C. in 2008 and currently focuses her
practice in the areas of Community Association Representation,
Real Estate Transactions, and Litigation.
Ms. Rutsky is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania.
