| Eric B. Freedman, Esquire
Eric B. Freedman is a graduate of the University of Vermont where he served as a features columnist for the school’s newspaper, the Vermont Cynic and a Consumer Advisor for the Vermont Attorney General’s office. Eric earned his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University where the Clinical Legal Education Association awarded him the “Outstanding Student Award” for his efforts in founding a section of the school’s clinic designed to support and advise small businesses and start up companies.
Before joining Marcus & Hoffman, Eric worked as an associate in a boutique real estate and estates litigation firm in Center City Philadelphia with a practice focus in the areas of litigation, complex real estate transactions and community association law.
Eric currently practices in all areas of Community Association representation.
