| Jessica V. Dempsey, Esquire
Jessica V. Dempsey is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate degree in 2011. During law school, Jessica was selected to join the editorial staff of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics and Race and achieved Dean's List. Prior to joining Marcus & Hoffman, Jessica clerked for The Honorable Allan L. Tereshko in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Following her clerkship, she served as General Counsel to the Liquidation Trustee in several bank holding company bankruptcies and collaborated on the formation of a new organization to provide financial advice and restructuring services for distressed institutions. Jessica is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Jessica currently practices in all areas of Community Association representation and real estate law with a focus on transition from Declarant control to the Association, document interpretation and amendments, and transactional issues.
