| Jonathan D. Lobb, Esquire
Jon Lobb is a graduate of Cabrini University and Widener University Delaware School of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2011 graduating cum laude, completing Widener’s Business Organizations Law Certificate Program. Jon comes to Marcus and Hoffman from a Philadelphia mortgage default servicing law firm that represented national banks and mortgage servicers. There he represented lenders and their servicers in all aspects of mortgage foreclosure actions, ensuring compliance with applicable court rules and regularity requirements. Jon specialized in the representation of lenders in bank-owned real estate (REO) closings, supervising a department that handled thousands of transactions in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jon’s proactive oversight and hands-on approach ensured that client’s asset transfers and closings occurred as early and smoothly as possible. As the REO supervising attorney, he provided practical solutions on issues, always working towards the smartest and most effective resolutions.
Jon currently uses his breath of real estate background and representation of lenders experience in working with Condominium and Homeowners Associations in resolution of a wide variety of matters. Jon is admitted to the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.
