Our Real Estate Practice

The attorneys at Marcus & Hoffman, P.C. provide a wide range of real estate related services to our clients. We represent both residential and commercial individuals, companies and developers in conjunction with the acquisition, zoning, development, subdivision, construction, lending and sale of real estate.

With respect to our commercial representation, we have worked with real estate developers in the acquisition, financing and development of stand alone facilities as well as full scale shopping centers. Our firm works with clients in conjunction with local municipalities in an effort to obtain the necessary zoning, subdivision, land development and other approvals that may be required in connection with the proposed development.

With respect to our residential clients, we have represented both buyers and sellers in the sale and acquisition of primary residences as well as investment properties.
