Bryan H. Sullivan is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and Rutgers Law School – Camden. Upon graduation from law school, Bryan served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mary C. Siracusa, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division. Prior to joining Marcus & Hoffman, Bryan worked for several insurance defense firms ranging from boutique to large sized firms, handling all aspects of litigation on behalf of clients. Bryan is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Bryan practices in all areas of Community Association representation with an emphasis on litigated matters, including Construction Defect and transition of Communities from Developer control. |
