Christopher J. DiRosato is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania and the Widener University Delaware School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 2003, cum laude. During law school, he served as an editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. After graduating from law school, he was sworn in as an Assistant District Attorney with the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office eventually obtaining the position of Deputy District Attorney overseeing the Office’s Juvenile Division and Auto theft/Insurance Fraud Units. While serving as an Assistant District Attorney, Christopher was cross designated as Special Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania assisting in an eighteen-defendant narcotics trafficking prosecution involving the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency.
Christopher gained twenty years of extensive litigation experience through his role as an Assistant/Deputy District Attorney in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Christopher acquired extensive litigation experience in the pre-trial and trial team units where he tried to verdict hundreds of jury and non-jury trials including securing verdicts in several high-profile cases occurring in Delaware County. In 2022, Christopher was selected by the President Judge of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas to serve as First Assistant Administrator for the Delaware County Magisterial District Courts. In this position Christopher helped oversee the staffing of the courts and assisted in the preparation of a $9 million-dollar yearly budget. He further oversaw the implementation of directives issued by the Administrative Office for Pennsylvania Courts and Pennsylvania Supreme Court governing practice in the Magisterial District Courts. Christopher practices in all areas of Community Association representation with an emphasis on construction defect litigation and matters including transition of Communities from Developer control. |
