Daniel C. Fanaselle is a graduate of Dickinson College and Temple Law School, earning his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2011. After law school, Dan practiced at a foreclosure law firm, gaining valuable experience litigating contested foreclosure, ejectment, and quiet title actions, and defending related claims brought by borrowers. Before joining Marcus & Hoffman, Dan spent several years at a prominent Philadelphia law firm, where he focused his practice on representing businesses in the consumer financial services industry—including mortgage lenders and servicers, banks, credit card issuers, auto financing companies, and third-party debt collectors. Dan acquired extensive litigation experience defending both individual and class action lawsuits brought under federal and state consumer protection statutes. Dan also acquired extensive knowledge of the statutes and regulations affecting his clients, and regularly advised clients on potential litigation and regulatory risks posed by specific business practices.
Dan is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia, and is admitted before the bar of numerous federal district courts. Dan practices in all areas of Community Association representation with an emphasis on litigation. |
