Jeffrey R. Brenner is a summa cum laude graduate of Drexel University and a graduate of Temple University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1999. In addition, Jeff is a graduate of Temple University School of Business, receiving his Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to joining Marcus & Hoffman, Jeff spent fifteen years in a boutique business law firm in Philadelphia where he served as a partner for eight years. Jeff has extensive experience representing nonprofit organizations as general corporate counsel and advising them on matters including corporate governance, real estate, construction, and mortgage lending. Jeff is admitted to the state bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Jeff is also admitted to the federal bars of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Jeff’s practice focuses on all areas of Community Association representation as well as real estate-related transactions. Jeff’s representation of Community Associations focuses on transition from Declarant control to the Association, document interpretation, drafting of amendments, and related transactional issues. |
