Katherine A. Guckin is a graduate of Salisbury University and the Widener University Delaware Law School. Before entering law school, Katherine was a Youth Development Worker in the Peace Corps, located in Ukraine. After returning from the Peace Corps, Katherine spent a year in City Year Philadelphia at Warren G. Harding Middle School. During law school, Katherine was a staff editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate
Law. Before joining Marcus and Hoffman, Katherine served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable James M. McMaster of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Katherine is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Katherine currently practices in all areas of Community Association representation with an emphasis on litigation and collection practice areas. |
