Robert J. Hoffman is a graduate of Drexel University and the Widener University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1993. Rob served as law clerk to the Honorable Anthony R. Semeraro, Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County, Pennsylvania and was an associate in the Philadelphia office of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin where he litigated medical malpractice, accounting malpractice, and premises liability matters. Rob became a founding partner and shareholder of Marcus & Hoffman, PC in 1999. Rob is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Rob has been actively representing Community Associations since the firm's formation. As a lecturer at various continuing legal education seminars, Rob has provided information regarding the legal aspects of Community Association law to attorneys and managers throughout Pennsylvania on a variety of topics, from governance to collections. In addition to providing day-to-day legal advice on a myriad of Association issues, Rob currently leads the firm's litigation and collections practice areas. |
