Ryan Fitzgerald is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and the Vermont Law and Graduate School, receiving both a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Policy in 2008 and a Juris Doctorate degree in 2011.
Before joining Marcus & Hoffman, Ryan worked as an Attorney at a consumer law firm which specialized in FDCPA and TCPA cases and as an Attorney in a small general practice firm where he handled real estate, business transactional matters as well as litigating commercial contractual matters. Ryan currently practices in all areas of Community Association representation with an emphasis on litigation and collection practice areas. |
